Cascina Spinasse
Spinasse is an authentic Piedmont-style trattoria in Seattle, where Justin Neidermayer makes all his pasta by hand. It has become a favorite spot of Seattlites, and has won rave reviews from the likes of Food & Wine Magazine, Gourmet Magazine and Martha Stewart.
